Other states in Nigeria: 2–5 working days
Remote areas: 5–7 working days

- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number and link via email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Eligible Returns: You may request a return or exchange if:
The wrong item was delivered
The product was damaged on arrival
The size delivered was incorrect
- Ineligible Returns: We do not accept returns on:
Worn, washed, or altered items
Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Clearance, promo, or discounted items (Final Sale)

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
Customer bears the cost of return shipping unless we are at fault.
